  • Reliable, organised and can make a regular commitment?

Join Us and Train as a Volunteer Pilot

  • Be over 18 and provide a Police Check.
  • Have a valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Love cycling and are experienced and confident.
  • Complete our Application and Waiver Form.
  • Agree to follow CWA Guiding Principles.
  • Attend a First Aid course paid for by us.
  • Agree to ride only approved designated routes.
  • Ensure passenger safety is paramount.
  • Commit to volunteering a minimum of two hours per month.
  • Chat with passengers and encourage interaction.
  • Use our Mobile App to:
    • Complete our Pre-trip Checklist and Post-trip Log.
    • Record any cancelled rides.
  • Attend our bi-monthly team meetings when possible.
  • Enjoy the rewards of volunteering in an active, outdoor setting, doing what you love.

Become a Volunteer Companion

  • Accompany the trishaw as a companion rider.
  • Meet, greet and chat with our passengers.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of passengers.
  • Take photos for social media if the passenger consents.
  • Ride your own bicycle and have fun out in the fresh air while giving back to your community.
